I'm  running version x.  What do I need to do to get to version y and are  there any "gotchas"?

Support for that device is only on 7.1(5) and higher, you need to upgrade.

I will upgrade from:

7.1 (3b)SU2 to 7.1.(5b)SU3 (7.1.3.32900-4 to 7.5.1.32900-2)

when i click to download version i woud like there are two files:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 7.1UCSInstall_UCOS_7.1.5.33900-10.sgn.iso3534242

so i need to instal fist one.... and this second one after instaling first one?

is this for suporting new device like ATA 187??

p.s. when upgrading telephone will normaly operate??
