Hi guys,
Just a question…my customer is facing slowness in Attendant Console application that is installed in a Windows Server.
My systems guys discover that CPU is high due to Cisco presence server plug in consuming the majority of CPU of this server. What is this? For what is used? Is it a critical service that has to be mandatory running ? Do you suggest a reboot of this server? Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!

Hi,
Cisco Presence Server Plug-in.exe is located under C:\Program Files\Cisco\CUPS\ and it is the CUP Server configuration file.
Yes, a reboot can be tried to see if the issue goes away else you may engage TAC for troubleshooting.
