I plane to open call center with 14 operators and about 50 standard subscriber.
I read about Cisco usiness 6000 and it good for me but I need it based on two physically servers.
I try to configure it in Cisco Configurator but I can not configure this with two servers.

Please help me, what can I configure Cisco Business 6000 with two USC servers.
And I have another question, I need IVR (voice menu), what component do it? Unity or Contact Center Express?
