Cisco call studio

I installed Cisco call studio 10.5 .Now while debugging my call studio it is showing an error that error in debug and null connection exception. so now I need a solution to debug my call studio. I also deleted the .metadata file and re-imported the projects but there was no change. Please any one help me to debug the call studio and also the connect button in voice application is disabled.
