experts,
how to not show External Number Mask when make Internal call , so the other party can hit "Missed Call" and call back.
A: 1002 (ext mask : 4254000)
B: 1004 (ext mask : 4254000)
When Phone A call Phone B, Phone B in "Missed call" will see call from "4254000" .
What we want is Phone B in "Missed Call" will see 1002 , so Phone B can call back easily
thanks,
K

Instead of defining external phone number mask at DN , define it at route pattern so that every external call will see the 4254000 and internal calls will see the extension.
There are ways of returning a missed call however because you have fixed EM and it would be difficult to transform that to multiple extensions.

it works when we used method you gave.
However we have few users that will call out and display different DID.
For example : - majority of phones will use 604-203-3030 as main number, but some phone will use different DIDs
What is workaround for that?

Karen, you will need to run DNA and make sure that the call is hitting the correct Route Pattern for the right DID to show up. Also check the settings at DN level for the non working users and compare with the working one.
