Could someone please advise if with the configuration above will we be able to configure voicemail . I know there is auto attendant feature(B-ACD) that could be done. More worried about voice mail box setup. Is that included in the CME license and its just a software enabling and not requiring anymore hardware.
getting mixed responses. Have people saying we need a ECS server and some are telling about installing a separate module and getting Cisco Unity express license sourced. Where will the module go. is that to be plugged inside the router.
Any guidance will be very helpful. First timer to setting up these things hence desperate to find info before proceeding.
thanks in advance

As Unity Express EOS dates are crossed you need a unity connection.

Hello @rajkamath You need CUE ( Cisco Unity Express) as the voicemail solution for CME. The earlier ISR G1 and G2 were capable of accommodating a inbuilt CUE card. But in your ISR4321 you will have to install and integrate Cisco Unity Express Virtual on a UCS server. To install CUE Virtual on the same router please check the below documentation. Also ensure CUE Virtual is part of your original Bill of Material so that you have the licenses.

CUE virtual is that still available ?
Asper Cisco Unity Express is EOL
Asper EOl Document Product migration options is unity connection. And I CCW I couldn't find a part number for Unity Express.
Customers with an active SWSS support contract may convert existing Cisco Unity Express version 9.x or 10.x voice mail licenses to Cisco Unity Connection version 12.x basic voice mail licenses using the Product Update Tool

Unity express and unity connection are two products. If its virtual or non virtual, the product name is Unity express AKA CUE.
version 9 and 10 of unity express are virtual which can be installed on a server module.
But From 10.X there was no unity express Cisco released. And Asper Cisco product migrations its recommended to migrate to unity connection if you are on 9.X or 10.X.

Many thanks for the reply. Dont want to go the UCS server route Would I need to get an upgrade on the 4321 in terms of memory etc if we were to run it directly off the router. is that correct ? any suggestions on where to look for the parts /# etc ?

Did you check the document link from my pervious post. That guide talks about the hardware requirements in table 1.
