Cisco CUC Voice to email Forwarding. CUC office 365 integration

Hello Cisco Community,

Anyone have done Cisco CUC voicemail forwarding to email.

Please help with configuration example and Doc with CUC office 365 integartion and CUC configuration.

Hi there. You can either use an SMTP relay for a simple mail forward or single inbox with O365 integration.

1. SMTP Option:
1. Configure SMTP Smart Host: Navigate to Cisco Unity Connection >> System Settings >> SMTP Configuration >> Smart Host.
2. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Cisco documentation at this link.
3. In the messaging account settings, choose message actions to "Accept and Relay the message." Specify the destination email ID as the relay address.
2. O365 integration:
1. I have attached a PDF document that I received from Cisco TAC a couple of years ago. This comprehensive guide provides step-by-step instructions for O365 integration, particularly addressing Auth 2.0 issues that we encountered at that time.

The steps may differ depending on the unity connection version that you are using.
