Cisco CUCM Call Manager 8.5 Resync Bandwidth

Hello guys

I was thinking about Resync Bandwidth option under System>Location>XLocation

What does this do?

When and why should I use it?

I may need to resync bandwidth each time after my links were saturated?

Can someone explain me this?

In case you look at the traces and the BW is not being properly calculated, or the BW is not being allocated/released properly, you should use the option.
