Hello,
I have a Cisco CUCM Express V8.6 for a few 7942, 7937 and 7962 desk-phones and I just found that "Remote Monitoring" (www access) is not active on the majority of site desk-phones, so I cannot access phone's Web Page.
Do you know how to activate the phone's web page from the CUCM Express, or from the physical phone?. I found a lot of info for the same but no related to Express versions.

Set "service phone webAccess" to 0 under telephony-service. Recreate cnf-files and reset.
