I setup cisco voice solution for some company and i need the help on IVR greeting for cisco unity express.
Below is the details of menu:
Someone Call on 800880....
Play a Greeting menu and Recording (welcome press 1 for arabic, 2 for English, 3 for french)
if Press 1
Play an Arabic audio (your conversation is recorded) then transfer to extension 710 (if someone not pick in two rings) Arabic audio (all users are busy)
if Press 2
Play an English audio (your conversation is recorded) then transfer to extension 720 (if someone not pick in two rings) English audio (all users are busy)
if Press 3
Play an French audio (your conversation is recorded) then transfer to extension 710 (if someone not pick in two rings) French audio (all users are busy)
Please help me to create a script, I can pay money for the job if someone do it professionally.
