Cisco Expressway SAML metadata expiry

Unlike CuCM and Unity connection  Expressways are in any standard scenario uses separate certs per peer. Lets say if there are 4 nodes with 2 nodes set to expire on the same day and 2 other nodes cert set to expire on another day. When you export the SAML metadata on Expressway-C, it doesn't show any expiry. Even if you try to decode the XML file after a download, so the question is unlike CuCM and Unity when do we need to re-generate SAML metadata on Expressway-Cs, does it have to be at the same time a new cert is uploaded on primary Exp-C
