Cisco IP IVR Route Point Registration issue

Hi,

We have a Cisco IVR Server version running 4.5.It was associated with CCM 5.1.3.This was working fine without any issues.CTI Route Point was registered with the CCM Server.We migrated CCM Server to 7.1.5 on a new hardware.After migrating we tried to home the IVR server to new CCM 7.1.5 server which failed.So we reverted back the IVR to old server 5.1.3 and now we are facing the CTI Route Point registration issue.This was working fine earlier.We tried restarting IVR Server and CTI manager services but it could not registered back to the old ( CCM 5.1.3) Server.

Please help in giving us the solutions.

Hi Lalit,

Hit the JTAPI Resync. Or reinstall the JTAPI client from CCM.
