Cisco IP Phone 7960 unprovisioned

I have CME 10.5 and I tried to add 7960 as a SIP and downloaded firmware v8.3 and upload it to CME but the phone is showing unprovisioned  although it takes the suitable ip address and tftp

So what is happening on the phone at the moment ? A couple of things -

1. Remove authenticate realm
2. Check if the phones are getting a correct default gateway.

Enable following on the CME while the phone tries to register -

debug tftp events
debug ccsip non-call
debug ccsip error
debug ccsip message
debug voice register event
debug voice register error

Post your CME configuration please.

Here is the configuration 
I added the phone in voice register pool 2 and it took an IP normally

Try this:

voice register global
 no create profile
 create profile

If the phone still does not register attach debug logs for:

debug ccsip messages

debug voice register events
