When Attempt to Dial an extestion on same call manager, it dials successfully but when try to press cancel call it displayed
"xml error [4] parse error"
A java class creates XML to Push on Phone
"<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><CiscoIPPhoneResponse><ResponseItem URL="Dial:8910" Data="Success" Status="0" /></CiscoIPPhoneResponse>"
and it is only shows xml error on this phone only, other phone versions are working just fine.
For Call manager:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager [System version: 10.5.1.10000-7]
Please Advise.

Have you tried upgrading firmware to latest once?

We tried the latest firmware update and we followed the steps in the link you shared, but the problem is still there .. could you please offer more help?
