“V” voice bundle gives you entitlement to use Uc feature. It doesn’t gives you any cube session.If you don’t have UC license you won’t be able to configure voice features.
if you need cube session, you need to buy cube session license. The different cube license are mentioned in the data sheet which I shared in my previous post.
There are no difference in software that affect number of SIP sessions, it’s just hardware dependent. What @Nithin Eluvathingal shared is the answer to your question about number of SIP sessions that your specific model of router can support.
