Dear All ,
i am unable to login on Jabber 10.5 windows client , facing error "Cannot communicate with the server"
Jabber problem report and wireshark logs are attached . please advice

This is free support; you need to do more legwork than that.
What's the backstory? Is this a new install, have you made a change either server or client side, is this happening on some or all PCs, etc?
What troubleshooting have you already done? What have you tried?
What is your service discovery configuration?

That Wireshark is useless for us mere mortals who can't read raw packet dumps in hex. You really should have uploaded the raw PCAP file.
I unzipped your log files and had a *very* quick glance. The error "No DNS servers configured for local system" (mentioned several times) indicates a starting point to me...
And as Jonathan said: More background as to your setup and what you've done to troubleshoot so far. Oh - and also let us know what WebEx/CWMS setup (if any) you have.
