Cisco Jabber 11.0.0 error: Cannot communicate with the server.

CUCM/IMP all are 11.0.0

Jabber 11.0.0 can not login. it shows 'Cannot communicate with the server'.
when I try corrent password, it shows 'Cannot communicate with the server.'
When I try worng password, it shows 'Your username or password is not correct.
When I join the pc in the domain, It could login.

Hi Jiande, have you defined Cisco-uds SRV records ?

Also pls attach problem report here below r the steps...

• Exit client
• Delete/Rename Jabber folder under "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications"
• Start client on local desktop which is not joined to domain.
• When the login fails, go to Start > All Programs > Cisco Jabber and click on “Cisco Jabber Problem Report”
• Save the report on your desktop and attach it here.

Hi, Suresh. I configured Cisco-uds SRV records.

when I tried to login on with my jabber, I could pass the first step which I filled username@domain.com. Then jabber switched to next step to ask me fill password.

then I failed to go on.

I collected the problem report as your suggestion.

Hi Jiande, it seems issue with DNS srv records resolution. Is your dns server' IP address is mentioned in local desktop?

Thank you for your reply.

I switched the DNS configuration of local desktop,  inside DNS or outside DNS for testing MRA.

After moving jabber client to Internet over ExpressWay MRA to connect CUCM, jabber client could login within the domain or without.

what do you mean by switched dns configuration ?

i'm still having the same issue although publisher and subscriber are FQDN and DNS SRV records are correct and jabber client already download configuration file from TFTP .

i'm very confused what it should be ?

How is your CUCM defined under System > Server webpage.

From what I can see it looks like it's defined as pub, but it should be FQDN in your setup so it shold be 

pub.quanjiancloud.cn

and pub.quanjiancloud.cn should be pingable from Widows machine via FQDN.
