I have setup Cisco Jabber for iPhone on CUCM 8.6 but users cannot get through on dialing numbers. So I setup Application dial rules that do not seem to be working.
Below are the numbers users dial
XXX XXXX (Local)
1 XXX XXX XXXX (Long distance)
011 (followed by variable length of numbers for international call)
Application Dial Rules
Local: Number of digits=7 , Total digits to be removed=0 , Prefix with Pattern=9
Long Distancel: Number of digits=11 , Total digits to be removed=0 , Prefix with Pattern=9
International:Number begins with=011 , Number of digits=15 , Total digits to be removed=0 , Prefix with Pattern=9
What am I missing. I send out 9 + number to h323 gatway where it is removed. Application Dial rules is not working or configured wrong. Also for international number where number of digits is higher that 15, do i go with a very high number to cover any possible length? Will this affect how soon the call is matched?
