I have installed Cisco Jabber 9 for windows and I cannot search for users in ldap. The jabber-config.xml file is missing, I created it after reading a thread in this forum that mentioned Jabber for windows does not use CUPS LDAP

Using my LDAP address above, the Jabber reported authentication failure with ldap. I read on another thread https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-26915#Resolution to restart the CUCM tftp, so that the jabber client can download the file, this has not worked for me. CUCM is integrated with ldap ok, and I am using the same ldap credentials in CUPS. CUPS version is 8.6.3 and CUCM is 8.6.2
I would really appreciate some help here and clarification
