Cisco Jabber Outbond calls to H323 VC endpoints not working using Expressway C

Dear All,

We Have DX650, Cisco Jabber - CUCM - Expressway C - H323 VC endpoints.

We make 1 rule in Expressway C as @video  So that DX650 can established a connection with H323 Endpoint.

Seen 1 :- Dx650 - CUCM- EXP_C- H323 Endpoint ... We dial IP@Video ---- Call is connected.

Reverse order :  h323 Endpoint-EXP_C-CUCM-Dx650  --- We Dial Extension@EXP_C IP --- Call is connected.

                       Here Extension is Directory Number of DX650/Jabber  and IP is Expressway C IP.

Seen 2 :- Jabber - CUCM- EXP_C- H323 Endpoint ... We dial IP@Video ---- Call is not connected automatically disconnected.

Reverse order :  h323 Endpoint-EXP_C-CUCM-- Jabber  --- We Dial Extension@EXP_C IP ---Call is connected.

My Query is why i am not able to make call from jabber . any 1 have any idea... 

Any solution/Idea to do Troubleshoot further..

Get the detailed callmanager service trace from cucm to see the digit analysis and signaling. Need to check if correct route pattern is being used and what exactly is the reason code for call disconnect. You can also collect simultaneous diagnostic logs from Exp.

Hi manish,

Call is not hitting on Expressway C so i dont think we will get anything in log.

i just dialed any URI (IP@video) and suddenly its disappear while same URI is working for DX650

From the vcs post the search history for the failed call, that may have detail on why the call is failing.

can your jabber dial URI internally? Check that is enabled in your jabber-config.xml with the following line

<EnableSIPURIDialling>true</EnableSIPURIDialling>
