cisco jabber remains silent during phone calls

I'm using cisco jabber 11.1.2 on windows 10.

I can start and accept calls, but mic and speaker are silent.

When I try

Setup / File / Options / Audio

I hear sound from the speaker and the mic indicator reacts to my speech.

What do you recommend me to do?

You can try a newer Jabber release.

Is only Jabber having problems??

You can also make sure you're using the latest drivers for your HW.
