I was using Cisco Mobile Supervisor with UCCX 7, but have not been able to get it to work with UCCX 8. I checked the open ports on the UCCX 8 server to see if it was listening on port 42027 and don't see it. Does anyone know if a different port is required for Cisco Mobile Supervisor to work with UCCX 8?

In UCCX 8 the port used is 12028
Check the defect CSCtg88582

Are you still using mobile supervisor application?
I am currently researching if mobile supervisor application has any bugs or issues. I would like to provide this application to our call centers' managers but I am not sure if there are any security issues or system issue. I noticed that the e-mail
mobileSupervisor@external.cisco.com is not working. So, I cannot send any questions to anyone regarding this application....
I am using UCCX 9 and also 8.5
