Cisco MRA Service mode reset

Hi!

I have an implementation with Cisco MRA and ip phones 78XX and 88XX. The customer wants to move phones between inside the network to outside the network but doesnt want to reset service mode each time, do you have an alternative for this? 

CUCM Version: 12.5

Expressway C and E: 12.6
