I am currently running CUCM 10.5 and I have Jabber IMP. How difficult is to enable MRA if my server has resources for 2 VCSs?

The deployment guide is fairly extensive:

There is a fair amount of configuration to get it working including Certificates, DNS changes, Firewall Rules.
This guide is also helpful:

In addition to great response from devils_advocate (+5) also you need to place the expressway-E server in proper DMZ networks, best practice is to have NIC1 in transit DMZ network and NIC2 in Services DMZ, so you may need to add another DMZ network to your environment as not all customers have multiple DMZs. The software installation and configuration is very straight forward, but as noted planning and arranging for firewall changes, DNS changes, and certificates is what usually presents most challenges.
