One of our customers is using Cisco Prensece 8.5 (installed under VMware) with Cisco CUP clients installed on Thinclients (VDIs). One of the issues is that when you install it in Thinclient envoirnment, it's taking around 350 MB. According to Cisco they know about this issue and working to slove it in coming releases.
The CUP clients are working sometimes fine while other times it's very slow and getting all kind of errors. I've installed three different clients on my laptop and other PCs and they are all working fine without any issue.
Are there guidelines how to configure the Client running in Thinclient? Any suggestion or help will be highly appreciated.
