Hello
We have version 8.5 CUPS and we are running the CUPC client on windows machines just fine. I loaded the 7.x cupc client on a few mac laptops and it doesnt want to connection in both cases. they seem to talk to the server to some degree but fail.
Any special CUPS settings that are needed when running the mac client?
It almost seems like the client starts connect but it bombs out on a phone mode not defined and also messages about SIP unauthorized.
Again it is just the mac users at this point
Any ideas
thanks

Hi Bill,
What is the MAC OS version? If it is Lion OS (10.7), CUPC isn't supported on this version and the details can be found in the following link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupc/7_1/english/release/notes/cupc71.html#wp161925
However, we have the Cisco Jabber Release 2 coming up, which would be supported on the MAC Lion OS.
Regards
Raj
