Let me see if you can help me to solve an issue about Cisco Prime Collaboration's from our customer. Cisco Prime Collaboration is in 10.6 version.
Their question is about an Alarm/Event in specific which is not more being displayed on the Alarm & Events page and they need it. The Alarm/Event calls VoicePortOperationallyDown. They said that few weeks ago it was possible to see this Alarm, but now they cannot see it. And it happened an Event recently which these alarm should be displayed and this didn't happen. Actually, they still have this issue which the alarm VoicePortOperationallyDown should "advice" them about the event.
Do I need to do some configuration, so this item (VoicePortOperationallyDown) will be displayed on the Alarm & Events page again?
