Cisco Prime collaboration license file upload failed

Hi Experts,

It is my first time to install Prime Collaboration Assurance and  I have the license file. I tried uploading the file but it says file upload failed. Is there a way for me to do this on cli or what do you think is the problem?

What is the prime assurance version u are using ?

make sure that license file generated is binded to MAc address of server.the same u can check by logging through putty , username as admin and password as kept. Run the command show inerface gig0 to get mac .

lastly, if u are using ver 10,please check the bug

PC Assurance License File Upload Issue with MAC Field without colon

Description

Symptom:
When a PC Assurance license file has the MAC address field value without colons , the file is not accepted as a valid license file.

Conditions:
The issue is seen on Cisco Prime Collaboration Version 10.0

Workaround:
The license file should be generated with colon in MAC address field
