Hello everyone,
I have a Cisco Prime License Manager its WebUI is stuck at performing backup.
Screenshot attached below.
System version: 10.5.1.10000-7
This is the only page displayed after logging in.
Our backup is scheduled to run every Saturday but this has been going on for 6 days now..
I have since restarted both Cisco DRF Local and Master services.
I have also manually triggered the backup process which finished successfully.
Does anyone know what caused the WebUI to become stuck?
Any minimum impact ways to fix this since its one of our production machine?
Any ideas is appreciated, thank you.

I've seen this as well, must be a bug but I did not research, simply restart the DRS services on the node PLM is running.

Hi Chris,
I have already restarted the local and master services, PLM still stuck with that message.

How did you eventually get it out from this state. Having the same issue and a DRS service restart didn't do the trick.

Hi Subash,
If you are running PLM standalone unfortunately the serviceability does not let you restart DRS, you will have to reboot the PLM server or you will have to restart service manager, which in-turn will restart all services. Other way is to do it through root which requires you to contact CISCO TAC.
For co-residence you would be able to restart the applications DRS service.

In my case, I had to restart the tomcat service.
