Are you asking about alerts generated by the system that are displayed in RTMT? If so, you want to look for Alarms/Alerts generated by Cisco Unified Serviceability. RTMT is a window into that part of the configuration. Does this help?
I am specifically looking for the schema that contains disabling/enabling Alerts under Alert Central. These are part of the plugin/application but I have had difficulty finding API documentation related to the actual application itself.
