Cisco Spark Proximity - AudioPairing - self token not decoded

Hi all,

I have a Cisco MX700 registered to the Cisco Spark cloud, and I'm seeing this error (on the touch panel) when running the Sound Test.

AudioPairing - self token not decoded

Unable to verify device pairing capabilities

"Unable to detect the ultrasound signal which enables pairing between the video system and your phone or laptop"

I've looked into the usual places, and not seeing any info on this error. I haven't come across this before

Any one seen this error, or know what can be done to fix.

If you don't need Proximity, you can just disable it with the command

xConfiguration Proximity Mode: Off

Did you ever figure this out, I am running into the same issue and I disabled Proximity.
