Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail - Administration

                   Hello All

I am trying to get into the

Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail - Administration website and i can not remember the credentials

I signed into the cue

and  typed the following

web admin cme hostname x.x.x.x username  admin password password

then i typed

site name (site name)

web username admin password pasword

i also tried

site name (site name)

web hidden password

it fails on this though i can not use specific words . it must be encrpyted

Any how my issue is I can not get into this page.

Where and How do I reset this password for Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail - Administration

Hi Kevin,

Create a new user from the CLI, assign the user to the Administrators group and set the password for the user as shown below.

SRSV-CUE# username admin create

SRSV-CUE# username admin group Administrators

SRSV-CUE# username admin password passwd

Write the configuration changes, access SRSV through the web browser, login using the username created and you are done.
