Cisco Unity Express - Serviceengine Boot Loader>

I am in process of installing and configuring Cisco Unity Express. I configured required IP and default Gateway for ISM 0/0 Interface. Now when I do

service-module ism 0/0 session command it give me serviceEngine Boot Loader> Promt?

Kindly help how can i resolve this , I want o cconfigure Auto attendent.

Have you installed the CUE software already if so try to boot the image from the disk.

If not you can either install the image from from CME or using boot loader
