Hello Cisco Support Forum,
I have a problem with the Cisco TAPI interface. If I sign up with a username and password, the interface works without problems. Now I wanted to set up SSO, so that I can deploy the client easier. SSO is set up on CallMananger (v.10.5.2.12901-1) and works (SSO test and the log on the admin interface).
The TAPI interface connect to the Callmananger and a window comes with "Authorization Complete". This window does not close. Manual close does not help. After a time the error message "Unified CM TSP SSO OAUTH Fetch failed - SSO token" appears.
Can someone help me?

Hello,
You are encountering the following software defect:
CSCut18479 - TAPI SSO Auth Token Fetch issue
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCut18479
The issue was first found in the base 10.5.2 version, 10.5.2.10000-5. It is not fixed in 10.5.2 until 10.5(2)su3 (10.5.2.13900-12).
