Do you have SIP configured? Inbound dial peer? Can you post config?

Brandon

Hi Brandon, here's a copy of the system configuration :)

best wishes,

Lee

So you have a BRI setup. Please enable the following debugs -

debug isdn q931
debug voice ccapi inout

Make a test call and collect the logs. In addition to this, send the outputs for -

show isdn status
show isdn service

Hello nipun, could you advise on how to generate these calls logs? we cannot receive any inbound calls, its like the system is rejecting them.

best wishes,

Lee

Just enable these debugs in enable mode and made test call. Do a show logg to see the logs, copy them in a text file and attach here.

hello, how do i enter enable mode?

Telnet/ssh into the UC. You would either drop directly into enable mode or you would need to enter "enable", enter password to drop into enable mode.

UC-520>enable
UC-520#

notice the prompt change. The latter is the enable mode.

hello, ive managed to do this via putty, however its just telling me that its on it im not sure what to do from here?

Yeah so you must be in a # sort of prompt. Get outputs for following commands -

show isdn status
show isdn service

After this, enable the following debugs on the same prompt -

debug isdn q931
debug voice ccapi inout

Do a clear logg. Make a test call. Once it hangs up. Do the following -

term len 0
show logg

Copy in a text file and attach here.

how exactly do i copy this? everytime i right click it cuts off

You can select everything on the screen and it would copy to clipboard automatically.

hi :) is this any good?

It does help. Thanks. I need one more output - show diag

here you go,
