Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get call details from the Attendant console queues for missed or abandoned calls. I have looked at the reporting and it gives me how many abandoned calls but does not give me these call details.
Is there any way of doing this from the Attendant console server? something like the old Arc Supervisor software would be ideal.

Hi Neil,
There is currently not a way for the CUAC server to provide specific details about abandoned calls, other than the number of calls that were abandoned.
