Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced unable to dial a specific DN

Hi all,

I have a customer who is unable to dial a users' specific DN from the CUAC.  When she calls the extension from the console, it say's that the number is not connected.

When she calls the users full number she gets through.

All other extensions she has called this morning are working fine.

She is able to dial the users' extension from her phone.

This particular user of CUAC is the only one within the company we support.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

CUAC is a product family, you need to mention if this is Standard or Advanced and version.

This is CUAC advanced.

Can you explain what do you mean??

The customer is unable to dial the 4 digit extension (1234) for a specific user.  However, if she dials the user's full number (7 3637 1234) she gets through to the user.  The user she is attempting to dial is a CUCM user and is in the same company as her.

Have you confirmed the CTI ports are able to reach out to that DN with 4 digit dialing?

How could I confirm this?

I have also found that the telephone number in the users "end user configuration" is not correct to the location.  Although the same city, the mask comes from a different site and the extension is correct.

Would this be a cause of the issue?

CSS and partitions, you need to review that.
