Where and how can you change or update the .wav files that generates the ringing on an agent's computer (what exact .wav format to use? For example) on the Cisco Unified Attendant Console client's PC?

Hi Cogden, how are you?
We face the same request : Change the ring notification or the Parking notification to a louder/different sound.
Did you have luck changing that?
