Hi guys,
I have problems with the app Cisco Unified Attendant Console v10.0.1. The app was woking normally, now we can't enter to the app.
The troubleshooting was the following:
-TSP reinstalled, not work.
-Check the CTI Manager IP, is OK.
-The end user, app user and access control group are ok.
-The credentials for application user in TSP and app are ok.
The System version of CUCM is : 9.1.2.11900-12
I attach you the logs files.

I have restarted the CTIManager service in all nodes and the attendant console worked fine for a while.
But in 2 Hours the problem returns, now like unknown line. The logs shown the same issues.
It will be necessary open a Tac?
Anyone?

The solution was apply an update of CUAC.
