Cisco Unified IM and Presence server do not install

Hi guys, I have problem with Cisco Unified iIM and Presence server installing. I try instull anything path correctly till "Database component 3 of 8" 

I alsoo upload images.

Please help me.

Have you added this in CUCM before initiating imp installation ?

What is the CUCM ver ?

Can you attach installation logs as well ?

Yes. I have already Iinstalled CUCM and alsoo aded imp to cucm and do anythin whic is  need. 

versions are 

cucm   UCSInstall_UCOS_11.5.1.12900-21.sgn.iso

cup      UCSInstall_CUP_11.5.1.12900-25.sgn

I alsoo added image as attackment.

You need to post the install log to identify what's going on. Are you doing the install with PCD or directly with mounted ISO?
