Cisco Unity 9.2 default user password after installation

Hello,

anyone know witch is the default user password to access to voicemail. I know how reset it but i need to know wich is the default after install system to say customer.

Hi Anna,

If you did not set a specific PIN/Password on the Template you used to create the users then Unity Connection would have selected a randomly generated string. You may need to use Bulk Edit to reset all the PIN's to a specific string that you can then pass along to the customer.
