¿Do you know if the Automated Attendant in Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 (CUCn) only route calls to user that has voice mails in the CUCn? ¿happend with extentions that hasn't voice mails?
But yes, you can use auto attendant for other areas of the product than just users with voice mailboxes. Combined with call routing rules and all the handlers and you can create a great caller experience.
