I am trying to upgrade an NM-CUE module from 2.1 to really anything else, I started by trying to upgrade to 8.5, 7.1 and finally 3.2. The compatibility matrix states it should work with all three. Every time I attempt to upgrade it I get the following error:
ERROR: Invalid package. Please verify if this is a valid package file.
I have downloaded the files various times to make sure its a check sum error, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Moises,
Can you list all of the files you have downloaded for the upgrade, you will also need to download language package files which are seperate which may be missing which could be causing your issue.

Chris

Don't loose time with stepped upgrades.
Install from scratch using boot loader and you will have no problems.

I will google how to do that and give it a shot.

No need to google, just read the product documentation.
