Need to upgrade to 8.6.2 to support Office 365 - want to make sure we have to upgrade the Virtual Machine by creating a new OVA template we currently support 10,000 users, or can we just add the additional vRAM resources by shtutting down the VM and then resizing.

Edilsa,

You can simply resize the current VM by adding more RAM there, but keep in mind that the OVA template is not changng, so if it was installed for 10K users it will remain 10K user.
