Cisco Unity Connection 9 - how to customize message greetings with external audio file

Hi all,

i'm looking for a way to change one mailbox's greeting by means of an external source. My requirement is the following:

i need to customize Standard Greeting (when Action=take message) with an external audio file. I don't want to customize this message with user-desk

phone.

I hope this is simple to deploy

Simply get the greeting you want as a recording and then use CUC admin to upload it, the CUC documentation explains the format that is required.
