Cisco Unity Connection 7, for one user when dialing by name in the auto attendant it is sending call directly to voice mail, not to extension
Secondly we want if we search user is directry call handley it should go to asssistant extension

Look at the transfer options for that particular user and make sure it's set to ring the phone, that configuration is PER user.
