Does anyone if there is any issues with enabled in the Scheduled backup for Cisco Unity Connection?
I have a backup scheduled and when I select the enabled schedule, it says 'Enabled successfully' but the status still says "Disabled'. I exit out of this page and go back and it still says 'disabled' so that I am refreshing the page. This happened on the publisher and I managed to make it work by trying the same steps for Unity that no luck on Unity.
Is this a cosmetic bug?

Hi Latenaite,
If the backups are actually working as per schedule then this could be cosmetic. You can try a different browser or try restarting the Tomcat service on CUC Publisher.

Hi Manish,
We will not know until next month when it runs. Note that hte Publisher is fine and it is just on Unity.
I tried IE, Firefox and all seem to be the same. Should I restart the Tomcast service on Unity? Will it impact anything if I restart it during the day?

Yes, restarting Tomcat on Unity Connection can be tried, it should be okay during normal hours as no critical functions of Unity Connection are associated with it.
