Please, I need your help to suggest a solution for me...
I have Cisco Unity connection v7 and sometimes when I try to make a call to the unity (or pressing message button on the phone), unity answer the call after long time ( 5 rings but it always answers the calls ) and sometimes it answers the call immediately, Is that a login behavior to the unity ? how can I guarantee a smooth functionality or even push the unity to answer all calls immediately ?
