Cisco Unity Connection ver version 2.1.3ES23.1000-23

Hi all ,

we have untiy connection and its being hanged up after every 10 days .i have to hard reboot the box to fi xthi sissue .

can you guys tell if there is any bug in this unity connection version or any patch i have to apply on it .

Hi Aslam,

There is no known issue for this.  Typically with patterns like this if your licenses are expired or invalid, UC will stop answering, you may want to check those, or open a TAC case with more details surrounding the "hang" or symptoms of the behavior you're seeing.
