Hi All
Is there a method whereby you can disable the System prompt in the Greetings section " Please leave a meesage after the tone. If you have finished hang up or press the pound key for more options. " I have a personalised greeting and i only require for that to be played. Right now the Personalised greeting is played and after that the system prompt is played. Is there a way to disable only this particular system prompt in CUE 8.5.1 ?
